I'm loving Disrotted! So Doomy!
And, I'm jealous of your ability to see Bongripper. It seems these guys are only in the Chi area for the most part. Have to get down there for a show if they won't find their way near my neck of the woods.

I'm not sure how active Bongripper is these days. I know this particular fest is put on by a guy connected to a metal leaning brewery/bar here in Chicago and I think they have ties. I know they've played it in the past. I think they do little pop up shows around here to satisfy their cult like fans.

I'm going to try and see Disrotted play this Sunday, but I'm not sure how they'll translate live. Plus the show is at some guys house which I'm a little leery of since I mostly go to shows by myself. But yeah, I can't help but crack up a little bit every time I play them because its so ridiculously heavy.

Scorched Tundra VI was totally lit last weekend. I thought Beastmaker was a highlight.

Wow, that's pretty incredible. I know they're scheduled to play a show here next month. I was debating whether to go since it's on a Thursday night, but I might have to make an exception if dude is playing in casts.

Next Disrotted show. They're collaborating their set with Clotting, which is a one man, all electronic, industrial/harsh noise performer. Not really my thing, but it'll be interesting to see what they come up with together.

Fistula is a beast though and I'm stoked to see them with Disrotted.
