I disagree, it's usually called a charge but the defender was still moving when he went into the air.

Not when the guy left his feet, that is the key to a charge penalty. It's cheap that the defenders are allowed to slide in underneath after the shooter leaves his feet.

I think the officiating in this one has been pretty damn good. The only real WTF's were the breakaway on the shot clock violation that benefited us and the non-travel call that they got away with.

Yup I like the tournament no calling much more than the anticipation calls.
