Running backs sort of need to be exempt, yet they really can't be exempt, given the overall purpose of such a rule. This should be interesting.

Great, so they finally decide what a catch is, and now they're going to be ejecting DBs for routine/unavoidable contact.

Targeting in CFB is probably the worst rule in sports, so hopefully Breer is right that there are significant differences. It probably needs to be closer to Flagrant 1 and 2 fouls in the NBA, because the CBB versions of those are also horrific.

I love these ambiguous rules that will completely confuse the refs even more!
