They should not recast. I would pay to see the original cast doing their thing.

IM pretty sure they will. But i think the story will be mainly around the kids of the original kids.

The rights to Goonies are at Amblin and without Spielberg saying yes to it no sequel is happening...

im always down for sequels, it never ever at least to me hurts the original movie even if the sequel sucks. Go for it do it! If it sucks, it cant take away the enjoyment of the last 28 years i have had watching it.
