Yes there are internships for scouting in the NFL. They are not out in the open like the business side, where they need anywhere from 10 to 30 per year. You have to do some digging and know the right people, but they are available.

Not for the squeamish.
Spoiler!

I did an "internship" with the jags, only reason I had the gig was because my uncle was the special teams coach. Never would have had it if it wasn't for him. They are very secretive with everything you do. It almost feels like you work for the government or something. Kind of a weird deal

To call Geno's arm average is unconscionably ****ing stupid.
Do you have ANY IDEA how strong your arm has to be to make a throw like this? Off your back foot, JUMPING OFF YOUR ****ING FEET, almost 45 yards in the ****ing air? Forget the accuracy, just GETTING IT THERE is a sign of a very, very good arm. http://s20.postimage.org/y9jqwr5qz/genotd.gif That guy is a ****ing moron, and as ignorant as anyone out there giving NFL opinions. This should be the END of him in terms of anyone giving him a shred of credibility in what he tweets. His opinions have less credibility than Petegz28's. |

Here is that same play without it being slowed down. Average arm my ass. God I'm pissed.

Geno should be the pick. He carried his team and progressively got better. The dude has accuracy and an arm. Add, his demeanor and he's worth the draft selection, IMO.
