First thing this morning when I got to work, I put all this "chef" shit in my cabinet hidden from public view. Too embarrassed, the Chiefs are gone, hopefully not forever.

I don't care about the celebrations and the losing.

This is a losing culture that Pioli and Crennel have created, and these antics will all add up and eventually lead to change at the top.

But one thing that does bother me.

Hali has always been a guy who just put his head down and did his job.

This losing culture has permeated throughout this team, and even affected the one guy you knew was the guy that just came to work.

Will the stupidity and lack of discipline have any effect on future coaching candidates and who they will want to keep around? Would a coach feel compelled that he has to separate certain players in order to instill a different mentality and send a message?

Yep, we need leaders bad. More than anything else.

First time the entire season the defense has played with some swagger. If they are going to hold the opposing team to 13 points in regulation they can dance every week.

This really doesn't piss me off. The few good players on our team make a play and celebrate. That's how ****ing momentum swings — players having fun and making plays.

It's honestly good to see that all of the fight hasn't been kicked out of our decent players.

I realize we are all rooting for a good draft pick at this point. But the fan base shitting on our good players isn't the right answer.

*jalil brown is still not good even though he thinks hes a part of the talent on this team

I hope Brown gets better. He had a couple good plays last night for what it's worth. I remember I used to hate Carr and he turned out well. Hopefully Brown can get better, though there's no way he'll turn out as good as Carr.

Hey, if it keeps him from shooting himself in the face...

You guys aren't allowed to make fun of Von Miller's goofy sack dance now.

What happened to Tamba this year? Before this all you heard was how much teams feared and respected him. Then the alleged pot use and now dancing...

He woke up one morning and realized that he played for a team with Matt Cassel at QB, and he worked for Scott Pioli.
