Anyone want to recommend a diet? I was interested in the Ultimate Diet 2.0, but it seems that is recommended for people already below 15% bodyfat. I haven't measured, but I would estimate myself somewhere between 15-20%.

Only do Uktimate Diet if you are under a time constraint. Otherwise, just count calories and reduce them as the weight comes off.

Any reference you can suggest, regarding macros? I've never paid much attention outside of eating tons of protein.

whats the best food to eat after an insanity workout? i did the poly circuit cardio one and shit man.. i was so hungry.. had to work late today.. ended up gettin beer/taco bell/and gelato ice cream.. not a fatty by any means.. but i wanna get cut man and i need something that can satisfy my cravings.. also tryin to bulk up a bit too.. ugh lol
