Not that I'm much on the French air force, but the music is F'n awesome (Group = ERA, song = (Champions") and the flying is pretty cool too. The map part is just funny...

Schenker is pretty darn good ... I'd like to hear that track. Early UFO was some good music. Love To Love is one of my favorite songs.

One of my favorite albums, West, Bruce and Lang, Whydontcha. It was really cool for enjoying the separation of the stereo speakers, similar to Cricklewood Green by Ten Years After. :D

Yeah, it has been a long time, but Fax's thread got me going on this.

I have it playing on my computer speakers right now, that very song.

IIRC, I have two worn out scratched up copies of the album at the house.

This may be one of his best also, good times!

Yes! Country Dick Montana. As good a front man as ever was. Used to catch them at Cabooze in Minneapolis, and dives in Denver. How any man could chug that much whiskey and tequila straight from the bottle on stage and not fall down I never knew. Of course, it caught up with him.

To be totally honest Radar, I don't recall ever hearing of them, probably a gap thing. Technically I can't describe what it is about playing the same chord (or whatever it is called) for at least 56 seconds that got me to hit the gong.

Bastard spotting, had to do it.

Les Claypool is one of the greatest bass players of all time and Primus is one of the most eclectic bands ever to record music.. that being said, they are an acquired taste and a lot of people don't get it. Some just don't like to step out of their comfort zones, which is understandable. I ****in love em.. fun musicianship and maximum creativity.

Carry on!

Oh I can respect a great bass player. But there has to be a better example of this great music than the one you furnished. :D

Primus is pretty polarizing. You either like them or you don’t.
They play in odd off keys, purposely so, and have mostly satirical lyrics.

Les Claypool can flat thump a bass but their music isn't for everyone.
Here he is doing the lead guitar intro to Metallica's Master of Puppets. I'm sure you won't like it either but it does showcase his talents.

Check this out if you like slap bass. It's my favorite. I've actually seen Norwood Fisher play with Primus.... He's every bit as good as Les and It was awesome... I just love this bass line in the song below.

Yeah ... I need to get on that. Actually, I've had a sequel storyline in mind for a long time that's really close to that idea.

Wendy meets Pioli could be good, though.
