Here come the bastards,

Sorry, I had to stop that one after 56 seconds. It just doesn't work for me but I am sure plenty like it.

Not a Primus fan? Don't blame you.
Les Claypool can flat thump a bass but their music isn't for everyone.
Here he is doing the lead guitar intro to Metallica's Master of Puppets. I'm sure you won't like it either but it does showcase his talents.

FAX

There is no music quite like Feat to get you going. Fat Man, Chicken, Dream, Spanish Moon, Hero, etc. etc.
Great call.

And another one that's funny and cool and have a funny song in it too! As for laughing and cheering when the Russian plane goes down (ooooops!), we all know you never cheer when somebody goes down in flames, so I did not!

Yes! Country Dick Montana. As good a front man as ever was. Used to catch them at Cabooze in Minneapolis, and dives in Denver. How any man could chug that much whiskey and tequila straight from the bottle on stage and not fall down I never knew. Of course, it caught up with him.

To be totally honest Radar, I don't recall ever hearing of them, probably a gap thing. Technically I can't describe what it is about playing the same chord (or whatever it is called) for at least 56 seconds that got me to hit the gong.

Bastard spotting, had to do it.

Les Claypool is one of the greatest bass players of all time and Primus is one of the most eclectic bands ever to record music.. that being said, they are an acquired taste and a lot of people don't get it. Some just don't like to step out of their comfort zones, which is understandable. I ****in love em.. fun musicianship and maximum creativity.

Carry on!

Primus Sucks!
