Depends. If i make them at home, i wrap them in Bacon before putting it on the grill, then top it with diced tomatos and onions and some mayo.

If i go pick up a hot dog for lunch, i put Mayo, Mustard, BBQ sauce & relish.

I don't eat hot dogs. There are far tastier ways to spend those calories.
