I agree that the main road is our best bet. What is that, a 15-20 minute walk?

We could enter the graveyard and none would be the wiser, assuming of course that the surrounding shrubbery is not too dense, and free of pitfalls.

If old man peabody comes out to raise hell we just retreat back into the bush.
