Oh, another one that lots of people already know but which I just started listening to alot:
The Fiery Furnaces You can hear their music on the music link of the site. White Stripes comparisons are inevitable, as they're a bro/sis duo. That being said, they're way weirder and more complex than the Stripes, whose whole point was to be simple and deconstructed. |
If anyone is into Grateful Dead type jam bands, this band out of San Fran is pretty good, they have more pshychedelic guitar and a more modern sound to them than other jam bands
