We're in the growing phase, for def, which is why the people trying to run him out of town are so dumb. He's growing every year and he's going to blossom into a fantastic all-around coach, but these dumbasses want us to invest the time and money to put him in that position only to watch him bloom elsewhere.

In terms of talent, Mizzou has far more of it. SLU has a team that buys into what Majerus and now Crews preaches. There's nothing more than maybe 1 NBA caliber player on SLU, but the whole team buys in.
