I don't have a problem with him coming as long as he doesn't get any special privileges like ban exemptions.

Also what happens when he misses a month of payment?

Hell if I know! I would imagine it wouldn't be an issue if he was behaving himself. I don't make these decisions I pass the buck on to you guys and the mods!
