Depends on which time. Originally, I believe it was because he posted some personal info about a poster on here (not names, but posted about an event that wasn't especially flattering).

Since then, he's been banned a dozen times, mostly because he has an issue with authority and refuses to play within the rules (granted, the rules have mostly been pretty minor since that first one like filter evasions and that kind of thing).

Ok so if the mods end up in a tie AND this poll ends up a tie... Fraz and Native will be the tiebreaker. You two better get your vote ready! :D

Yeah, that one isn't happening. Although I appreciated his culinary suggestions to me (yum!) in the end I personally banned him and added a crap load of IP's to the server access control lists to keep him off the site. Way to too much work to undo on that one.

Well that's not exactly the SPIRIT of the rule. Simply using someone to ask if you can come back is fine as long as it is a one shot deal. I'm sure Clay knows this as well or he wouldn't have posted it.

Whew when I first opened this thread I thought Hootie was going to bribe his way in with a private Hootie and the 'Blowfish' party. Whew it's just money!

Personally I have nothing against him coming back, but I would also say if be behaves himself long enough any continuing payment should disappear.
