I found my favorite game of alltime, need help.

Ok So I have been wanting to play Micro League Baseball 2 for a LOOOOONG time, and until today haven't been able to find it anywhere. Well I just bought a copy from Amazon, but there is only one problem. The program comes on 3.5 floppies and has some serious protection. It reads data through marked bad sectors on the floppy. What can I do to make a working image that would run through dosbox? Anyone have any ideas? This game came out in 1989, and is still the best baseball game simulator on the market(IMHO) it's really a blast to play.

Unfortunately all of those sites only have part of the game. I have been unable to find a copy with the GMO/Owners disc and Stat compiler which are a must. They were all part of the original disc however all of the copies I've seen including that one only have the game part.

Like I said I ordered the original box copy with the 3.5 floppies, I just need to figure out a way to image them.

Ya all of the copies I've found are the same original cracked copy from 1989 where the guy didn't do a good job and left out 2 discs. They are not necessary to play it, but they are if you want to add your own teams and compile the stats. I appreciate you and Listo helping out but thus far all versions are the exact same. Looking for the PC/Apple 2 versions...probably going to be some kind of exact disc image.

He was saying that he couldn't find the entire game. He needs the stat compiler and owners disk to be included with the download.

BTW I've been looking for the last 12 years or so for this, so chances are you won't find it. Best chance is finding an Apple 2 .Nib image of it, only because i'm not that familiar with all of the apple sites.

This attachment is listed as MLB1 but it's for the Apple2.

Ya I found that a while back, no one seems to have an image of MLB 2. I guess if I spoke Russian I would have a better chance as the guy in the youtube vid obviously has it. My original disks(3.5 floppies) will be here in 1-2 weeks so I'll see if I can make images of the copy protected disks at that point. I was more into the the C64 in those days so i don't know much about early PC disk copy protection.

Worst case scenario, can you buy a usb floppy drive (I have seen them for around 15 bucks), and run the game that way from the floppy?

Yes, I have a floppy. I just don't want to destroy the discs, which happens frequently with floppies. I killed the first set of discs in a couple of years back in the 90's. Due to the fact it took me 18 years to find it again I want to keep them in mint condition.

Welp I ordered Micro League Baseball II for DOS on 3.5 floppies...I received Micro League baseball I for C64 on 5 1/4 floppy. GRRRRRR! Ordered it on Amazon. How in the **** do you mix that all up? My quest continues....this is disheartening.

Now the guy mails back he's sorry he sent the wrong item but he's already sold the one I was supposed to have but will refund my money...back to square one. I guess he sent the PC version to the guy that ordered the c64 version and me the other...well that blows.
