Eureka
Anyone else like this show?
I picked up season 1 on a whim, and really liked it. Got season 2 today. It's a comedy/sci-fi series about a secret town in the pacific northwest where all the most brilliant scientist go to experiment in peace. Of course, every episode something goes wrong and hilarity hopefully ensues. It's not the greatest thing ever to air on TV, but it's lighthearted and fun. Kinda "quirky" without trying too hard. http://www.criticsrant.com/Images/cr...ureka_main.jpg |
It's worth a look for officer Joe, if nothing else...

I really enjoy it. I was mildly disappointed with the season 3 opener as it didn't really touch on the deeper story. It is also one of the few good shows on Sci-fi in HD.

I haven't caught up with you guys yet. I still have to watch the finale of season 1, before I start season 2.
I've read that season 2 isn't quite as episodic. That there's more of a continuous plot line. I'm not sure I like that idea, but I can't really complain until I watch it. And hey, the reviews I've read are very good. |

Anyone see that bizarre Christmas episode last night? Crazy and funny and weird all in one.

I thought it was pretty goofy. Warehouse 13s was really cool, though.
I didn't record Haven's for some reason. Not sure what that was about. They repeat on Friday I think. |
