I think the proper final four would need to be Eddie Murphy, Phil Hartman, Amy Poehler, and I guess Bill Hader though that last division is an afterthought.

I could accept Dana Carvey for Phil Hartman, and Tina Fey or Chris Kattan for Amy Poehler.

Eddie Murphy should win something like this by a light-year.

He does deserve to be in the discussion somewhere, though I would still contend that Eddie Murphy's star shines too brightly. His fading career probably costs him a lot of votes among the under-40 population, and rightly so, but at his peak he was unparalleled.
