Its odd but my current guilty pleasure is Avrils self titled new album. Got it for the wife but after I listened to it I put it on my mp3 player as well.

Still remember the firs time I heard Kelly Clarkson on Idol. It was just in passing as I was leaving my fathers house and they had it on. Was walking out and came back in. I think it was week 4 and I called her the winner right then and there.

The problem with her is that she doesn't use her voice like she did then. She went too pop and not enough soul.
