I'm saying it isn't something paranormal. Clearly. As someone else said, you really have to want to see something paranormal to see something paranormal there.

The most logical explanation is water vapor or something of the sort. There is no reason logically to even think it might be paranormal. You have extremely fast moving water in a spot that normally doesn't get fast moving water. Common sense tells you that it must be related to the water.

It's obviously a vapor explosion or other gas/electricity/water thing. I bet if you spend three minutes on Google you'll find someone of a certain expertise who can explain it.
