-- Underarm deodorant

I switch around, but I like Swagger by Old Spice & it's pretty tough to beat. However if i have to step it up and get away from the Walgreen's smell, I'll go w/ my Yves St Laurent " L'Homme " which is close to $30 per stick. Generally I only keep one Macy's style deodorant in my cabinet and only buy one per two years.

& you?

cdcox 11-14-2012 12:27 AM

None.

I shower daily and I'm not stinky.

keg in kc 11-14-2012 12:28 AM

I use swagger, too. And just deodorant, not anti-perspirant. Anti-perspirant makes my armpits itch something fierce.

Uh? Are you a man? Showering daily and needing deodorant are not mutually exclusive.

RunKC 11-14-2012 12:29 AM

Polo Blue. It will never fail you. Makes bitches panties drop.

Dr. Johnny Fever 11-14-2012 12:34 AM

I buy my deoderant and tp and a few other things at Dollar General. It's the same thing as on the shelves at "real stores" but it costs $1. To spend more to wipe your butt or protect your underarms just makes me laugh.

Degree extreme protection... cost me $1 yesterday and I smell good.

Spend $4 if you want though.

milkman 11-14-2012 12:34 AM

If you are spending 30 bucks on a deodorant, you need to be kicked in the nuts for being a dumbass.

30 ****ing dollars?

What the **** is wrong with you?

Do you put deodorant on your balls? They are likely (no personal experience) far more stinky than your underarms.

I agree. I'd rather use the money on cologne which will last longer.

But I will splurge every once in awhile. Mine was originally $25 but I got a coupon and got it for $12. Only use it sparringly though.

I haven't bought or had cologne since I was married. 8 years plus. I shower and use $1 deoderant and I smell fresh a clean. Amazing.

Sound good. I haven't made gumbo in about a year and am starting to get resentful about it. Need to fix that.

For me, it is easier to transport BW instead of a used bar of soap.

If someone is close enough to smell me, they are catching my crotch more than they are catching my underarms. Smell is caused by molecules. Showering actually removes those scent molecules. Deodorants are masking agents, they don't remove the molecules. If I smell someone's deodorant, coming from their arm pits, I know they are masking some crotch molecules too. My policy is too keep a respectable space bubble to keep my underarm and crotch molecules out of your nostrils (at least below detection limit). And I appreciate it if you afford the same courtesy to me.

My wife is the only person I really want in my space bubble. I can put up with her scent molecules since there are offsetting benefits.

Crotch molecules are the best and must be shared. That's how we get aquainted with each other. Like dogs sniffing each others butts.

I haven't worn cologne since a wedding last year. I don't think it makes a difference TBH.

However, I've never bought cologne costing more than $30. One day, I'll splurge and blow $300+ on cologne and let you know if it magically turns me into Hugh Jackman. LMAO

HoneyBadger 11-14-2012 01:09 AM

Old spice.

I used to perspire a bit, when I wore tight shirts. Started adding baby powder to my underarm routine and I've been sweat free.

Huge Ackman can pull any puss he wants. You could do worse than to wear what he wears.

Or buy from Dollar General like me..... Scarlett Johansson (my love) hasn't knocked on my door yet. I'm not sure she's enamored with the DG scent yet... it's only a matter of time.

Let's all keep spending 5 times as much at department stores as we need to because those stores have big names and make us feel good about ourselves.

I'll keep paying 1/5th as much and smelling the same. I guess I'm not ashamed to shop with the poor and other bargain hunters.

Who really is to laugh at?
