So your daughter thinks black people will be banned from getting internet or what?

I never knew inter webs were for “whites only”

Does she think there will be a “minorities only” internet that’s free?

Asking for a friend

Thanks for proving the point... Most toll roads and turnpikes charge per Axle or size... Semi's Trailers carry more weight and more wear and tear on the roads and are charged more...

wireshark, its a freebie download.

Learn how to use it. Most likely you would have seen alot of dropped, resent, or rejected packets during your On Demand problem times.

I wouldn't be surprised at all that Comcast was bandwidth shaping and your dtv was getting hind tit for that time.

I will check that out, thanks!

So you think it's better to charge for different destinations rather than previously all destinations costing the same. No it won't happen tomorrow but brand will be charged for you can beleive it.

As it should....helps keep the riff raff out

Can you use wireshark for home network analysis or just for enterprise scale?

This seems like the most likely area the issue will come about. How many ISPs around the country are in bed with cable/satellite? Cable is hemorrhaging money to cord cutters using the internet for access to movies/tv. What better way to steer customers back to cable than by making netflix stumble through clogged internet access?

But ISPs say that don't plan on doing that, and when it comes to customer care and trustworthiness, who beats cable companies? No one.

Would a VPN not hide where you are browsing, in turn preventing your ISP from knowing when to throttle you, or no?
