Well if the book isn't out it is at least being written. Books only come out after the player retires. So maybe we are getting closer.

I think it's his way of saying "come talk to me about this team". Gru could win with Cassel for one season, but Cassel would poop all over if they made a playoff and then start Geno or whatever the new guy is next year.
