Rum Punch Recipe
After spending time in Belize I have really enjoyed trying all their different rum punch's over there so I went on the hunt to mix up a good batch. If you want something different over the long weekend, this kicks ass.
¼ cup coconut rum 1.5 cups white rum 2.5 cups pineapple juice 2.5 cups orange juice ¼ cup lime juice I normally double the recipe and end up with about 3 quarts. If you want to make it red, add 3 tablespoons of grenadine to the recipe. (I skipped this) Cheers <O:p |

What if one were to put ice in that and put it in a blender?

Just keep it in the fridge for easy sipping when needed? |
I've been mixing Cherry Coke and Sailor Jerry lately. Very nice.

Great thread as I am very fond of Caribbean rum drinks. My favorite comes from the St. John area at the Soggy Dollar bar called the pain killer.
Soggy Dollar Pain Killer Recipe: 2 oz dark rum (I prefer Cruzan) 1 oz cream of coconut 4 oz pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice Mixing Instructions: Add all the ingredients to mixing glass. Shake well. Pour into glass with ice. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top. Raise glass and toast. |

I just usually mix rum (Capt' Morgan) with fruit punch.

I wouldn't have figured you for a "fruity drink" drinker...

Those of you digging the spiced rum, you should try Kraken.
