Truth is, gardening organically is hard work. The pay off is huge (try one of my tomatoes versus any you buy in a store) but it isn't easy. IMO, if people really wanted jobs, they could get one at a place like Salatin's, mentioned above, or any of the labor intensive organic farms out there.
Hate to tell you man, but all homegrown tomatoes taste waaaay better than store bought, whether you grow them organically or not.

Figure of speech. But anyone that's into organic is in some way a hippie in my old man's eye. My wife won't even watch the video because she's so adamant about organic. She looks nothing like a hippie.
