Tapatalk HD
 

I just bought this for my Asus Transformer TF101. Is anyone else using it and what are your thoughts? So far so good for me!

I use tapatalk on my Android. It has some weaknesses, but overall its good.

I use Tapatalk on my HTC phone. What's Tapatalk HD? Is it much different to the regular Tapatalk?

I don't know why I'd use HD - (The Tablet Version, btw) when i can just view the website full size on the tablet just fine.

It was just released the other day. Forgot to add that it's more optimized for tablets. Don't think it's available for phones.

Tapatalk 4 is on sale for $0.99 if anyone's looking to upgrade.

I went for it, and it's a nice little upgrade. More polished in general, and seems to work much more smoothly.

Did they get rid of the always open control panel from HD? Hate that thing.

On Android at least, there's a side menu that functions just like a lot of apps are using these days, but it's not open all the time. I haven't used the HD.

On a nexus 7 2012, will it be better than just using chrome? I remember trying some kind of tapatalk and thinking it was kind of bland.

Also, I only really go on chiefsplanet.

It is a little bland - I agree. It's a hell of a lot faster than trying to tap on tiny thread titles and frequently zoom around IMO. It does have a few drawbacks too though (no polls or youtube vids).

Thanks for the response. Tiny titles aren't too bad on the nexus. I just tap in the vicinity of what I'm trying to get at and a magnify bubble pops up. Need that YouTube too. Think I'll spend my buck on the x-men arcade game from the 90's.
