Uh....yeah, this. It's a must-have.

I'm a big fan of grilled cheese. I'm not sure if that's too much cooking to meet the thread requirements, though.

Pastrami on Rye grilled up is outstanding.

Pretty much any grilled sammich is good. Just last night the Mrs soaked some bread in egg, then cooked it like french toast with some turkey, pastrami, cheese and jalapeno jelly in them. Those things were ****ing awesome.

It's OK, but only if you:

1) turn on burner under frying pan to high setting

2) go take a nice piss and thoroughly wash your hands

3) go back and casually toss sloppily made sandwich into frying pan

4) go post on CP about how much Mark Asshole sucks

5) go back and flip sandwich

6) go post on CP about how much Scott Piolio sucks

7) plate the sandwich and turn off stove

That is indeed my grilled cheese recipe, listo.

I'll note too that I was highly suspicious of tuna melts until I eventually tried one. Those things rock.

I must cook chicken too long in a crock pot , it is always dry as hell

You aren't doing anything wrong. Crock pots are known for drying out lean meats. Your standards are probably just higher than his...

man I just made a super bomb sandwich.

I cooked a hamburger patty on the frying pan, once it got to medium I put swiss and pepperjack cheese on it and some very thin sliced red onions, topped with black pepper and crushed red pepper. Put it in the oven on 225 for about 10 minutes to get the cheese all nice and gooey.

Then I grabbed a hoagie bun, smothered it in mayo and cut the hamburger patty with all its cheesy goodness in half (because it's going on a hoagie roll). Threw some avocado and tomato on it. Drizzled some oil and vinegar over it. Put it back in the oven for about 10 more minutes.

DA BOMB!!!
