Best place to buy refurbished desktops?
 

I've been looking around and haven't really found very many good deals. Anybody have any go-to sites? I'd like to have 4gigs of ram and at least 500 gig HD. After looking the processors have me confuse. Like I see an i-2 quad Does that mean it's a second generation intel quad core processor? What I need this thing for is most to consume media. I would like it to be able to play hd video without a hitch. I don't need windows 8.
