Superbowl Food
Having about 20 people over this year for the big game. I know i'm gonna smoke a pork butt or two. Not sure what else is going to be on the menu.
What is everyone else having/serving? |

Smoking a pork butt myself and making a bacon explosion (as has become an annual ritual over the last 4 years).
My dad's cooking up about 20 pork steaks and another 10ish chicken breasts as well. Shouldn't want for meat... |

Stuffed mushrooms, shrimp, lil smokies, chips/dips, crackers/cheese/summer sausage.

Bacon wrapped chicken breast topped with pepper jack & slow-smoked dry rub baby backs.

Cubed pork butt cooked in its own fat for carnitas. Pickled red onion. Smoked whole chickens shredded for tacos. Soupy beans. Cazadores.

I'm doing the baseball fundraiser bbq, so I'm firing up 70 slabs of baby backs on the big smoker early sunday morning.

The SB is in NOLA so you gotta have some Louisiana food like: Red Beans & Rice Gumbo Fried Shrimp Fried Oysters Po-Boys Crawfish Tails Fried Chicken Or some food relative to the teams playing like: San Francisco Rice a Roni Baltimore Crab Cakes |
