Every year, I think, "Crap, we're going to be weak next year" (after losing talent to NBA)........and then, one of the best coaches in the biz gets his kids to overachieve and win 9 conference titles in a row.
SHould KU have won? Yep. Am I bummed? Yep. Was it a disappointing season? Hell no. Love to see the haters crawl out of the woodwork and live out their fantasies through other teams. Comes with the territory. no big deal. Kudos to Michigan for not packing it in and folding up shop. |

I just pretend its payback for the 2008 comeback. As joyful as I was for that, something had to balance it out and make me feel equally TERRIBLE. Come on sports gods, it took you 5 years? Guess they wanted to get me when I didnt see it coming. Smart.
