At the current moment, it's Rivers. But I voted Siemien because Rivers will be better next week.

Worst Ceiling: Siemian
Worst Floor: Rivers

I went with Siemian because Rivers CAN be good, but he tries to do too much and ****s things up a lot. Siemian is a poor man's Alex Smith. He doesn't make a lot of mistakes, but his skill set is incredibly limited.

To be fair, Rivers is playing a better defense than Semien. It's a road game as well

rivers is going to miss mccoy, regardless of how the coaches record ended up. i see rivers taking a huge dump on his season... not to mention he has almost three hours of drive time when he goes home. he's like a truckie moonlighting as an nfl qb. :D

Cardale Jones has issues, but he is highly intelligent, has a coach who believes in him, and from the neck down is the greatest QB prospect ever...

I'd say it's probably a tie between Siemian and Smith.

They're the same guy, only one has hit his ceiling, and the other has a ton of room to improve, and isn't damaged goods.

Obviously Siemian was the more productive player last year, while Smith had his fluke game that makes everyone think he's not an albatross for 2017.
