Oh yeah, the movie that politicians went all ape-shit over before a frame of film was ever shot.

Woman that directed The Hurt Locker, right?

Should be good.

CoMoChief 08-07-2012 11:02 AM

People really believe this Bin Laden killing fabel?

These Seal Team 6 members were then blown up in a helicopter to prevent from them telling the real story behind that mission.

That was an entirely different squad of Seal Team 6 members.

What part is fable anyway? If ST6 didn't kill bin Laden, then why would you need to kill anyone? If nothing happened, then you don't need to kill people to cover up....nothing.

And if we didn't kill bin Laden (the legendary "he'd been dead for years") argument, then why did Al Quada agree that we killed him. Wouldn't they far prefer him to have been called home by Muhammad (or whatever), rather than admit that we got him?

And if we didn't kill bin Laden, then why would Pakistan agree that he'd been hiding in their country for years, which was an embarassing problem for them, which resulted in (let's face it) us invading them and taking bin Laden out from under their noses.

And why would Pakistan put up with international criticism for "allowing" bin Laden to hide out there for so long, even from its hated enemy India, if they didn't think bin Laden was really there?

Let's face it, the story that makes the most sense is that bin Laden was in Pakistan, and our ST6 strike got him.

All lies! :)

WTF do you think they're making a movie about this then?

This is all to condition you to the idea that there was a secret team full of badasses that went in on Obama's orders to execute Bin Laden. When we all know that's not the case.

Bin Laden is a CIA-made up boogy man. The US govt has teamed up w/ Al-Qaeda in the past to defeat the soviets. They're currently being backed by the US/NATO in the whole Syria mess.

It's the single success of the Obama administration. How can Hollywood's left wing cheerleaders let that fade from memory?

He's not made up. We didn't team up with AQ to defeat the soviets. And while we've been on the same side as AQ in conflicts like Syria and Kosovo (the wisdom of which is certainly debatable), that doesn't mean we "backed" them.

I forgot this thread wasn't a DC thread, so while I don't really think what I posted was political (any more than critcizing a fringe group like the KKK would be political) I'll leave my criticisms of CoMoChief at that.
