Ya, so..

I'm talking with a client on the phone and all the sudden I hear a bash sound in the background and she tells me someone just crashed into her house driving a car.

This has been one weird weekend.

Ya, but after more details it would appear the parents are more dangerous to their neighbors than the kid is.

Turns out the kid lives the other direction on the same street as the accident. He was on his way home from work at walmart and suffered an epileptic seizure.

The only way this happens is when parents are so desperate to have a normal child, they are willing to put society in harm's way. Shameful, really. Shamefully stupid.

This has actually happened twice to me in my life. When I was 6 some dude slammed into my bedroom. Luckily it was a brick house and there was a brick flower bed in front that took most the impact.

Then when I was 16 some drunk plowed into our van in the driveway. I woulda slept thru this one too but I heard my mom yelling at the guy, chasing him down the street. The windshield had a perfectly shaped half circle where his head went thru.

Both times we lived on the main street in the n'hood. Today I always buy a house away from the main street...
