Strangest things your pets do?
 

Spin-off of Rain Man's eulogy, luv posted about her cat insisting on laying on a sponge, got me thinking.

What's the strangest thing one of your pets does? I'm not talking about the strangest thing they've done one time; I mean one of the things they do all the time.

I've got a cat for the first few months we had him would freak the **** out at two shirts I owned. I have two Chiefs shirts that both have fairly large screened images on the front. If the cat's paws touched the emblems, he would lean his head way back with these huge, freaked out eyes, and then he would wig out and run away.

Same cat finally got over that, but now if I wear a ball cap and pick him up, as soon as he sees the brim he puts both paws on the brim and hangs there like it's a ledge.

My schnauzer sits on the back of the couch and watches everything out our picture window. Whenever someone pulls in our driveway, or the mailman walks by he goes ballistic, barking like crazy.

Not that unusual, except he always has a stuffed toy near by and he'll grab the toy and bark with the toy in his mouth.

My dog licks......constantly. It doesn't matter what......the air....the couch.....

I'm not sure if it's anxiety....or something else.

Posting pictures from cookbooks claiming he made it. He's crazy.

I thought you said "splooge" instead of "sponge" so I went to hunt down luv's post about her cat, like WTF? I was very disappointed.

my dogs way of letting me know she needs to pee is climbing on me or doing circles while barking at me.

I have a cat that prefers to sit up like a human. His favorite position is slouched up against a wall, and it's pretty funny when you come home and he's just chilling by the door whenever you walk in.

Going in dry no doubt.

My dog continues to walk while pissing or taking a crap. Made it easy when her sister was still alive that if one of them had an accident in the house who the culprit was by if it was one pile o'crap or if it was spread out.
