Dominque Easley Among Eight Patriots Placed On PUP Before Training Camp
by Doug Kyed on Mon, Jul 27, 2015 at 5:13PM

Dominique Easley won’t be ready for the start of New England Patriots training camp Thursday.

The 2014 first-round draft pick was among eight Patriots players placed on the physically unable to perform list. Linebackers Dane Fletcher and Chris White, defensive linemen Chris Jones and Vince Taylor, wide receivers Brandon LaFell and Matthew Slater, and offensive lineman Ryan Wendell also were placed on the PUP list.

Not a big deal at this point.

Love how the 4th story down is how good he's looking and gonna be ready for season opener. Hoping he's out for game 1..

ROFL soft ass bitch...

TribalElder 07-27-2015 06:54 PM

Hope he stays there through week 1

RealSNR 07-27-2015 06:56 PM

Too risky to draft a QB. Would much rather have this soft bitch who made like 10 really really impressive plays in college and then slacked off his entire sophomore season.

Idiots.

People said he was going to be dominant.

Very few listened to reason.

I saw part of an episode of Hard Knocks this weekend, from the Falcons version that was aired last year. In Week 1 of the preseason, Clowney was looking really good.

Seriously. What the hell did this asshole do in college?

He had one play that went viral among sports fans on the internet and about half a season of pretty good games as a freshman.

The rest of the time?

Huge wet fart.

That's not #1 overall-type passrushing.

There was also being the best pass rusher in the SEC as a 19 year old thing, so that, I guess.

HEY GUYS, REMEMBER WHEN HE HIT THAT MICHIGAN RUNNING BACK IN THE BACKFIELD?

FIRST ROUND TALENT RIGHT THURRRRRRRRRRRRR

Clowney's makeup has always questionable. For me, his shutting it down his *edit - final season said all you need to know about him.

That being said, this is just an administrative move. If they put him on PUP now, because he's not ready for the start of camp, they can keep him there for the first 6 or 8 weeks (i forget which) and not lose the roster spot if he isn't ready for week 1. They can still activate him whenever.

They can but he can also come off this PUP list any time before the season starts. Once the season starts it is six weeks.
