Here's the problem (and I'm sure Fever would agree). You have to define "hit" first. I see a lot of songs on this thread that weren't hits, and a bunch of artists that had more than one hit. IMO for true cheesy pop one hit wonder status, it should be top 10 on the top 40. Interestingly, since Billboard started keeping track and making the definitive chart, over half of all songs that have cracked the top 40 were one hit wonders.
