Toy Story 4
 

Just got back from the film.

A bit of a disappoinment. The comic relief wasn't not humorous, the character development was inconsistent, and the overall themes of the universe were ignored.

Pixar has been slipping since Cars 3.

It is a good flick but below their typical standards.

I thought it was excellent and on par with the other 3.

I really liked it. What themes were ignored?

This movie is being attacked as racist by the usual suspects. I'm... skeptical of that.

Anyone here notice the overt racism?

I have no idea where-but if you want to see racism, you will.
Key and Peele playing a rabbit and chick tied together? With an attitude?
A black girl likes the white doll?
Other than that-everything's offensive......

Had to look it up. Total BS.



I liked it. Not the best of the 4, but good. I will guess this is the end of the Toy Story movies. Good message. Great idea. Pixar is the best.

Wife and kids bought me a Toy Story 4 lego set. The Camper. With a Forky.

I thought it was really good!

cant wait for toy story 5 where the new toy introduced comes from mom and dads dresser and is voiced by ron jeremy

Lion King and Aladdin, different story.

I've taken my kids to see this movie, twice.

But, Why this and not the others?

TALKING TOYS

Talking Lions are cool - though.

Took my daughter and nephew to this and it was good. I enjoyed it and it was on par with the other 3. If you're kids are a fan of buzz he's hardly it...alot of Woody. This one could be the last one imo.

That said everyone in my theater had kids with them. I haven't seen a Toy Story in theaters since the first one.

We were entertained by it. We realize it's not the greatest movie ever made, but we enjoyed our two hours. What more could one ask for? :shrug:
