Worst BBQ restaurant you've ever ate at?
 

Went to a place call A Little BBQ Joint in Independence today. Sign outside said Burnt Ends soon to be world famous, so I go in and get the burnt ends, BBQ beans, and Cole slaw. Sides weren't terrible, but the burnt ends taste like they had beef jerky rub, were fairly tough and the saltiest thing I've ever eaten. I'm not a picky eater and I could barely finish the burnt ends.

So, what's the worst place you've had BBQ?

I was a kid and literally remember thinking "these are like bones dipped in BBQ sauce"

A place called 'Kansas City BBQ' in downtown San Diego.

Pretty much every BBQ place that I've ever eaten at in the South, especially Alabama.

That place blows and should face civil and criminal punishment for soiling the Kansas City name.

Literally every "BBQ" place in the state of Arizona. For years people have been taking me to "their BBQ place" to prove that their place of choice can hang with KC BBQ. They all suck. Every one of them

That place in Independence has a meth rub that I don't really care for.

We don't even do BBQ here anymore. It's all bad. Only place that I think might be decent is Little Miss BBQ but they aren't open much and always a line out the door I'm told. Ever been there?

In Kansas City? Bates City BBQ and LC's barbeque (yeah I ****ing said it)

Probably between Wyandot Barbeque and Snead's... I assume the latter was just a bad day, because it has good reviews.

I can't think of one time I've eaten BBQ outside of KC though, except for maybe a pulled pork sandwich or two... WTF would I do that?

Tin Star Smokehouse in Golden, CO. Yeah, I know, wtf am I thinking eating BBQ in Colorado. I didn't expect to be blown away but my god, everything was terribly bland, the sides sucked, food was served barely warm. They did absolutely nothing good at all.
