Seahawks and the fall back to earth... But they still beat Denver.

Curious to see how the mighty have fallen so quickly... the Legion of Boom, enh - guess they are mortal after all.

Interesting how this team was the new standard by which all other teams would be measured. How would they not return to the SB, much less not return to the playoffs?

2012: 11-5
2013: 13-3 SB win
2014: 6-4 ... losses to Chargers, Cowboys, Rams & Chiefs

Sure, it's far from over, but considering the 2013 season and all the talk coming into 2014, it's safe to say that few expected this - with the Seahawks staring at not advancing going into week 11.

I have noticed a lot fewer Seahawks fans recently.

They still have AZ and San Fran twice... along with Philly and the Rams.

TimBone 11-17-2014 08:40 PM

They did beat Denver tho

Buzz 11-17-2014 08:40 PM

Your reverse mojo will not work.

Hootie 11-17-2014 08:40 PM

They'll end up winning that division miraculously

It's still possible. Especially since they do have to play the two top rivals twice.

Mighty have fallen, I would tell you to suck it but that wouldn't be nice.

ThaVirus 11-17-2014 08:47 PM

They still have 5 division games left. No need to panic.

Idk, they beat Denver.

In58men 11-17-2014 08:59 PM

They beat Denver

Baby Lee 11-17-2014 09:02 PM

Seems they were a 43-8 run for a while there last February?!?!

ping2000 11-17-2014 09:06 PM

Well, they beat Denver. Also, **** Denver.

Hootie 11-17-2014 09:07 PM

Deberg_1990 11-17-2014 09:08 PM

They still OWN Peyton Mannings ass

lewdog 11-17-2014 09:09 PM

Gosh, they also won the Super Bowl last year. Against a more "talented" team. It was a blowout too. 43-8 or something.

SPATCH 11-17-2014 09:09 PM

I had to go back and check, but I can confirm that the Seahawks did beat Denver earlier this year. During my research I also discovered that the Broncos were apparently beaten by a team quarterbacked by Shaun Hill yesterday. Embarrassing if true.

Mile High Mania 11-17-2014 09:09 PM

Oh geez - ok, carry on.

Hootie 11-17-2014 09:10 PM

Lol

lewdog 11-17-2014 09:11 PM

I am also glad the Chiefs got to play the Rams before the Rams got really good. What a blessing.

ThaVirus 11-17-2014 09:12 PM

LMAO

noa 11-17-2014 09:12 PM

Nate Silver ran an analysis and based on Seattle's historical performance in the win/loss category this year, they're slated to go undefeated against Denver.

Hootie 11-17-2014 09:13 PM

To Denver's credit, when they lost to Seattle it was unfair because they weren't allowed to have a possession in overtime

ping2000 11-17-2014 09:13 PM

Just read in the "stuffing" thread that they beat Denver.

Well Denver kind of fluked their way back in the game. They were dominated other than 2 throws in the last minute of regulation.

TimBone 11-17-2014 09:20 PM

I love you all.

TimBone 11-17-2014 09:20 PM

rico 11-17-2014 09:21 PM

Did Seattle by chance, beat Denver this year? They've beaten them a couple times is the past year, haven't they. I can't remember. I lose track of shit easily.

Well if there is a thread to be gay in, it's one started by a Donks fan.

TimBone 11-17-2014 09:28 PM

...and not traditionally a skier. It would be a special occasion if I were to meet him.

Well, in honesty, I did offer free handjobs in the game chat after one of the huge plays on Sunday. Nobody PM'ed their requests though.

Those are the only two instances in recent memory that I've offered hand jobs.

ThaVirus 11-17-2014 09:28 PM

Pablo 11-17-2014 09:38 PM

Do you think Manning ever throws a hot slice of frito pizza in his hand and just beats his dick mercilessly with said pizza?

All while watching Seattle game tape for the ultimate pleasure and pain experience of course.

ThaVirus 11-17-2014 09:39 PM

On a similar note, is it just the girls I've been with or are girls pretty bad at giving handies?

It's like they're yanking on your shit trying to start a chainsaw or something. Giving a proper handie requires finesse.

Pablo 11-17-2014 09:41 PM

Hot pizza out of the microwave. Melty cheese. Scalding tomato sauce. Jagged corn chips. Peyton's little pony.

I don't necessarily think he's complaining about the motion of the hand. It's the freaking grip. I got a handjob from a girl once, and I swear she was trying to rip the thing off.

The trick is to be delicate, yet thorough.
