This exactly. I think it's impossible for him to match the intensity that put SSLP and MMLP over the top. That said, he is still a ****ing awesome lyricist and his albums are usually worth having. Encore was bad, but I even liked Relapse. Not his best but there are a few amazing tracks on that album.

Not a big fan of Berzerk...

Dont see anyway that this comes even close to MMLP, but it can still be a good album.
