I think you could keep going farther down than that. I don't think Arizona is unrealistic either. Ohio State is by no means invincible. I do have them in the FF but I think Gonzaga can beat them on the right day. And I think Wichita State could beat Gonzaga. That whole region is a toss up.

i have LaSalle winning this game. they're playing well and KSU to be honest isn't that good.

With Wiconsin's style of basketball, they can beat anybody in the NCAA but also basically lose to anybody in the NCAA if the threes don't fall (of course, you could have a debate as to whether what Wisconsin does on the court is actually basketball). So I'm not that surprised to see them lose to Ole Miss. Looks like KSU could be the next one going down in that region.
