Shuttle pass? Shovel pass? Shuffle pass?
This was just covered on the NFL Network, and many players did not know the correct answer.
(If you watched it, don't ruin it for everyone...) Poll coming forth momentarily. |
I assumed this was football common sense...
|
I've always assumed 'shovel,' as in shoveling the ball, scooping it into a area ahead of you.
|
Gazzle pass??
The bubbles that erupt from your bath when digesting your strawberry tequila? |
Shovel. It drives me nuts when people call it something else.
And if it's not called that, it should be. |
It's not called a "chuckle pass"?
|
I've always called it 'shovel' pass but i've heard people call it 'shuffle'.
|
never heard 'shuttle' pass...shuttle run, but not shuttle pass
|
If it comes from the wrong arm, it's called a Migrane among a variety of other things... for Chiefs fan's its called 'why I love Jake Plummer'.
Too bad Plummers 'WTF?' plays will be overlooked after Brooks pulls a few new ones out of nowhere. I wonder if he practices them and plans them out beforehand like Chad Johnson does TD dances...! |
wow, I always thought it was a subtle pass.
|
You can shuffle off to Buffalo or even take the Shuttle into orbit, but you damn well better use a shovel pass in football.
|
Does this actually mean a lot the NFL players aren't very intelligent?

I've never given it much thought but I thought it was "shuffle" pass.

How about we start RUNNING IT again?
