Baked spaghetti - why has no one ever told me about this?
I had baked spaghetti for the first time this week, and holy chefboyardee. How did I not know about this? I don't even really know what it is, but I want it forever.
I haven't discovered a great new food in ages. I'm ecstatic. |
I've posted about it multiple times in the food thread

Baked ziti, ya. Never heard of baked spaghetti.

Isn't it just lasagna with spaghetti instead of lasagne?
|
What's the difference between baked spaghetti and lasagna?
|
We were in Little Rock last fall and had supper at a place that served a dish (I can't remember what they called it) that was lasagna with spaghetti instead of regular noodles. I wasn't impressed.

Never had one that was an improvement over regular spaghetti or a pasta more suited for baking, but I’m still open to try.
