so go get a wand type head, screw it on that and mount the holder above on the wall.

I've never figured out why shower heads are placed that low. It's one of my biggest peeves in some hotels. If you put a shower head at 75 inches, it'll work for both tall people and short people. If you put it at 65 inches, it works only for short people. Is it really worth annoying people to save 10 inches of pipe?
