I've been to a bunch of opening days, but can't go this year. Have to work and save precious vacation days. I'll be with you guys in spirit.

Probably. I can't tell you how many times I've been to a game and our tailgate has run a bit long(about the only benefit of being a last place team), only to walk in at the top of the second and have the Royals losing by multiple runs.

I know man. I try to go to about 3 games per year, and I seriously have been to only probably 3 wins in the last 7 years or so that we've been going.

I go to a lot of games. We always lose. One year I went to like 12+ at home, 1 in STL, 2 in LA, and saw 2 wins.

I've never really understood the fascination with Opening Day. Expensive tickets, disorganized cluster**** of a stadium, generally sloppy play this early in the year, etc. I've never been to an Opening Day that I ever looked back on and said "Wow, what a great game."
