It doesn't help that the Plaza is near urban areas, which typically have higher crime rates than suburban areas.

Thats what they need to do. Plaza will be ruined just like Westport was if that keeps up. They dont need to be down there anyway.

No its not. Theres still some good bars down there but its not the weekend hang out it used to be. Last time I was there the streets were packed with teens who could do nothing but slow traffic and harass patrons. Maybe they cleaned that up.
