Rotation reported in Olathe near 151st St. and I-35.

I got home from the cancer center just minutes before it got bad. I live just west of the city limits of Olathe. When I was in the bathroom, lightning struck in the pasture and I felt a wave of heat from the flash of light even with the curtains drawn. Now it is calm out.

Dont worry guys, if any tornadoes get kicked up, they will be very weak. Flooding probably the bigger issue. Although I put the cat in the laundry room and shut the door just in case any trees go shooting through my windows.

Its calmed down in Olathe.

But the eastern side of the metro appears to be getting hammered.

Be careful out there.
