Geoff Schwartz released by the Giants...

Hmm....

Gotta think we might make a stab at this one.

rabblerouser 02-10-2016 10:46 AM

Bring him in.

TLO 02-10-2016 10:47 AM

No.

He was released because he couldn't stay healthy and was not effective on the field.

There's a reason why the guy was released by three teams before signing with the Chiefs and not re-signed after his one year deal.

He was really, really good for KC. He was also good in Minnesota. Injuries did hurt him in NY.

Dude, when TF are you going to realize that injuries are apart of the game? If Peters blows a tire next year are we suppose to cut him?

Saccopoo 02-10-2016 10:52 AM

He ain't replacing LDT so why is this a thread?

RunKC 02-10-2016 10:53 AM

He turns 30 and is always injured. I'd rather roll with who we have and add through the draft

pugsnotdrugs19 02-10-2016 10:55 AM

Also Dane, get your ****ing shit right. This is the first time Schwartz has ever been cut.

Chief Northman 02-10-2016 10:58 AM

I like his ability, but Schwartz is.....

BROKEDICK

Dorsey has had enough of those (Commings, Catapano, Gaines, etc.)

Rausch 02-10-2016 11:03 AM

Pass.

alpha_omega 02-10-2016 11:04 AM

Let the past be the past. No thanks.

So is Jamal but I don't want to release him. Keep options open and if he fits and think he improves our team by all mean make a run at him.

If he was "so good", why did the Vikings and Chiefs choose not to re-sign him just one season?

Why did Carolina cut him after starting 16 games for them?

WTF? When are YOU going to realize that throwing away $8 million dollars on a player that can't stay healthy is ****ing DUMB???

Dorsey won this shit. He won by not re-signing Albert to $9 million a year, only to see him miss 9 games in 2014 and 2 games in 2015 after missing 4 games in 2013 and several games in 2012 as well.

Schwartz is just a ****ing guy. JFC.

Did you buy his jersey? This guy is broken down, he is half way to the broadcast booth.

Sure injuries are part of the game, so are fast declines and short careers. Draft a healthy person.
