Cut down on the list of penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct. Take out all the bullshit subjectivity -- don't use props, no orchestrated group celebrations, don't dunk through the uprights. Easy.

Take away Thursday night football. Owners love it, the fans hate it, the players hate it, the coaches hate it.

Take away that ****ing London game. If you want international presence, handle that shit in the preseason. Given how critical homefield advantage is for teams and a short 16-game schedule, every game matters

Scrap Goodell's stupid ass personal conduct policy and start fresh. Lay down hard & fast rules about clear-cut violations, cut out the ability to negotiate down your punishment, and leave some flexibility to deal with behavior that has more gray area

Stop bowing down to fantasy football and bring football back to purity. Loosen up rules on defensive holding. Make clear rules to limit pick plays. Find some way to stop the ridiculous third and long situations turning into first downs because of a 5-yard illegal contact penalty.

The Draft will be held over two days - Rounds 1-2 on Saturday. Rounds 3-7 on Sunday.

1. Move the draft back to April where it belongs. Rookies are expected to contribute right way, so holding the draft in May is stupid.

2. Eliminate Thursday night football.

3. Allow a third network to broadcast Sunday NFL games or put a game on the NFL channel.

4. At the end of the season create a discipline committee, which appoints members to a disciplinary board. Owners elect five members, players association elects five members, and has a chair person who is appointed by the commissioner who only votes in case of a tie.

5. Cap the compensation of the commissioner and other league officials. Gooddell's salary is ridiculous.

6. Expand the active rosters to 53 members.

7. Allow practice squads players not to have to pass through waivers at the start of the season. Teams could still sign another teams PS player if they want, this allows a team to keep a developmental player is they really want to.
