What's your favorite sports ball?

I don't mean what's your favorite sport to watch or even play. I mean with all other elements of the sport excluded, which sports ball is your favorite? Your favorite to throw, catch, hold, handle, dribble, sit on, hang out with, juggle, whatever.

Personally, I'm a fan of the tennis ball's versatility; you can throw it like a baseball but also bounce it like a basketball, both inside and outside, even when you don't have much space to work with.

Poll to follow.

Oh, also, tennis balls are pretty easy to juggle.

Anytime I enter DC I am certain that place is full of nutsack ball jigglin jugglers.

Some balls are held for charity
And some for fancy dress
But when they're held for pleasure,
They're the balls that I like best.
And my balls are always bouncing,
To the left and to the right.
It's my belief that my big balls should be held every night.

Not just any football, I choose. But a soft football at 12.5 psi autographed by Tom Brady.

With the solid light weight, natural grip, and seams, the baseball is the easiest to throw and potentially damage something if that is what you need to do.

Strangely enough, I'm also a tennis ball guy. Not gay. I swear...

Of course baseball to handle and throw shag flies. But just to toss with Dad or a buddy about 10 minutes of it though and you just wanted go and play some sandlot ball.

Basketball was the most fun to just have a pickup game of one on one or 2 on 2. You could play round world or horse. Then if nobody around just a shoot around.

For some reason though in gym class I loved the old red rubber dodge ball. Nothing like winging that perfect head shot.

I know the last choice says other—but why no softball? Certainly that could have had it's own line.

After football—I would choose a beach ball.

Oh wait, I'm supposed to pick Tom Brady's balls per some tags.

Racquetball. All ****ing day. Good bounce. Fits my hand perftectly. Good sound. Can't go wrong with racquetball.

A football seemed like an obvious choice, but the more I thought about it, I'd go with tennis ball as well. If I was stuck on an uninhabited island and could only have one ball, it would be a tennis ball, or maybe a racquetball.

I present the "India/Indian Rubber" Ball:
https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...e01c078f72.jpg
-It's made completely of dense rubber
-It's the size of a baseball
-It's heavier than a baseball
-When dropped against a hard surface, it bounces higher than the drop point.
-It can be used as a weapon by throwing it at people who cannot catch.
-It can be used as more effective weapon by throwing it at a wall angled towards your target. (their catching abilities wont be an issue due to velocity)

I doubt anyone on this board has had any type of interaction with this type of ball, it's often used in Cricket. My father smuggled his to North America from England back in '66.
